At the conclusion of the workshop, awards were presented to those completing<br />
the take-away assignments and the Facilitation Support Team. Workshop<br />
participants were asked for comments and suggestions for follow-up optimization<br />
activities. Appendix E contains a summary of the participant feedback and<br />
suggestions for follow-up. The comments and suggestions from the participants<br />
were brought forward to the Steering Committee for their consideration in<br />
developing future optimization activities within the watershed.<br />
Communication and Outreach<br />
A communications plan for the WWOP was developed and implemented.<br />
Communication elements delivered included:<br />
A report to the GRCA board (June 10 th , 2010) to introduce the project and<br />
invite municipal participation;<br />
