After more than 20 years working in
the South Pacific in 1988 Peter Cooper
started Express Diesel Service Ltd
from a bedroom in his family home
in South Auckland.
The business was founded on the
philosophy of providing fast and
exceptional service in the marine and
heavy equipment related sectors for their
customers throughout the South Pacific.
Today the business is owned by Peter’s
son Mark Cooper and it has grown to
employ 5 staff working from premises
near Auckland Airport. The company’s
founding philosophy has not changed,
and in addition they have also firmly
adopted the commitment to stand 100%
behind whatever products they supply.
Selective as to which products and
brands they offer to their customers; if
something goes wrong their customers
do not have the luxury of popping down
the road to get the correct or replacement
item like a customer in New Zealand can.
Express Diesel Services have been
supplying Alemlube products now for
over 7 years and are extremely happy and
confident with the quality of all Alemlube
products. Their customers operate in
some very challenging environments and
conditions and they have never been
let down by Alemlube from a product or
service point of view.
For EDS, having quality products like
Alemlube is critical to the continuing
success of their business and they
are proud to be able to offer Alemlube
products to their customers across the
South Pacific.
Alemlube has developed a trade
journal advertising campaign targeting
the Automotive, Transport, Mining,
Contractor and Earthmoving industries.
The major objective for this campaign is to
increase market awareness of the broad
base of Alemlube’s business – beyond our
core range of lubrication equipment that
we are already well known for. The main
products and services featured in
the campaign are Vehicle Hoists, Wheel
Service Equipment, Workshop Fitouts
and Lube Systems.
The campaign kicked off in July 2012 with a
focus on Underground Greasing Equipment
for the Mining industry but the main

every month in a total of twelve different
publications and online newsletters.
