We print in color as well as black and white. Premium ad space is assigned as orders and payments are<br />
received. If the cover spots have been taken, we will contact you to arrange another placement. Ad must fit in<br />
the ordered space. If they do not fit, we will contact you to discuss.<br />
Please do not include the original of any photos; digital photos or ads should be emailed to<br />
