Appendix B DeviceNet Information General Information The 855T-Dxx (Multifunction I/O) device operates as a slave on the DeviceNet network. The unit supports Explicit Messages and Polled I/O Messages of the predefined master/ slave connection set. It does not support the Explicit Unconnected Message Manager (UCMM). The device supports five discrete outputs, one for each possible stack position. Message Types As a group 2 slave device, the 855T-Dxx supports the following message types.
