Expression of Interests are invited from the organization (s) /firms/Societies/Institutions or any legal person for providing trained and eligible manpower for filling the above posts under the Society of Ayurvedic Pharmacy Education and Training in College of Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jogindernagar. Background The Firm/Society/organization/Institution should be reputed (not less than 10 years of its existence) well established and renowned house with sound professional, administrative, and financial background. The organization should submit professional achievements, annual administrative report and duly audited financial statements for the last 2 years. The detailed EOI document indicating the The EOI should be submitted in an envelope duly sealed and superscriped as “EOI FOR PROVIDING MANPOWER FOR COLLEGE OF AYURVEDIC PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES, JOGINDERNAGAR”. This superscription should be in bold letters, along with all requisite documents, certificates and conditions along with demand draft of Rs. 1000/- (Nonrefundable) in the name of Director Ayurveda, H.P. -cum-Member Secretary, Society for Ayurvedic Pharmacy Education and Training, H.P. to be reached in this office on or before 12.06.2012. The EOI envelope shall contain two sealed envelopes inside superscribed as technical bid and other financial bid. The technical bid s envelope shall be opened first and evaluated so as to judge the eligibility of the firm for financial bid. Only financial bids of those firms will be opened for final selection who qualifies technical evaluation level upon eligibility criteria detailed below. The sealed EOI document received in time shall be opened on 13.06.2012 at 03.00 P.M. If the date fixed for receiving and opening of the EOI is declared a holiday, the EOI shall be received or opened on the next working day on the same time as fixed for the original date for this purpose.
Documents to accompany with EOI:- The following documents are to be enclosed with EOI :- 1. Expression of interest. 2. Area of specialization 3. Details of Experience 4. Year of establishment 5. Registration Certificate of the organization 6. Full background of the Firm/Organization/Institution/names of promoters. Details of Manpower along with name, educational qualification, experience and trainings etc. 7. Annual Administrative reports for last 2 years. 8. Duly audited financial statements of the organization for the last 2 years. 9. Professional achievements of the organization for last 5 years. 10. Copies of statutory approval documents like Registration Certificates, Empanelment certificate with State or Central Government etc. 11. Any other information required in support of the EOI. Evaluation: - The proposals so received shall be evaluated on the basis of eligibility criteria specified as under:- Maximum marks 1. Expertise & Experience in the field 30 2. Infrastructure 20 3. Technical/non-technical manpower strength 20 4. Professional achievements 30 Total 100 Exclusion Criteria:- Concerned organization shall be excluded from participation in EOI if:- 1. They are bankrupt or being wound up, are having their affairs administered by courts, have entered into an arrangement with creditors, have suspended business activities, are the subject of proceedings concerning those matters, or are in any analogous situation arising from a similar procedure provided for in national legislation or regulations. 2. They have been convicted for an offence concerning their professional conduct by judgment which has the force of res judicata. 3. They have been guilty of grave professional misconduct proven by any means which the contracting authority can justify.
