4. They have not fulfilled obligations in respect of payment of social
security contribution or the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal
provisions of the country in which they are established or with those of the
country of the contracting authority or those of the country where the contract
is performed.
5. They have been the subject of a judgment which has the force of res
judicata for fraud, corruption, involvement in a criminal organization or any
other illegal activity detrimental to the communities, financial interests.
6. Following another procurement procedure or grant award procedure
financed by the community budget, they have been declared to be in serious
breach of contract for failure to comply with their contractual obligations.
Technical Presentation: - If deemed necessary, the partner may be asked to
make a power point presentation of its proposal to this department.
Rejection of EOI: - The department reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all the offers at any stage of process without assigning any reason thereof and
no claim or dispute on this aspect shall be entertained.

consultation with applicants or otherwise.
