6. For code enforcement liens (those imposed by a Special Magistrate or Code Enforcement Board),<br />

7. If you do not have access to a Notary of the Public, one will be provided to you by the Department at no<br />

charge. All forms must be signed in the presence of the Notary to be valid.<br />

8. Return this form, the application and any other pertinent documentation to the Code Enforcement<br />

Plymouth Park Tax Services Ill, LLC ("Owner") is the current owner of the property<br />

located at 1605 N. 25 1 h Street ("Property"). The initial cases resulting in the liens issued<br />

below were issued against the prior owner of the property, Annie Durden. Since the<br />

Owner purchased the property pursuant to a tax deed sale along with other properties in<br />

2012, Owner did not have a tax and lien search and was not aware of the outstanding<br />

code enforcement issues against this Property.<br />

The cutting liens and demolition liens are as follows:<br />

1) Cutting Lien #3173224<br />

2) Demolition Lien #3054921<br />

3) Cutting Lien #2928565<br />

4) Cutting Lien #3008097<br />

Currently, the Property is in compliance and the Owner has a potential buyer for the<br />

Property. The Owner seeks the maximum allowable reduction of the interest and<br />

penalties portion of the cutting and demolition liens so it can sell the Property free and<br />

clear of all liens.<br />

Currently, the outstanding cutting liens are in the amount of $1 ,072.13 and the<br />

demolition lien is in the amount of $5,528.<br />
