Redlands is located in El Reno, Oklahoma – a
community of 16,000. El Reno residents enjoy
several parks, athletic facilities, entertainment
options, and an active Main Street downtown area.
Crimson Creek Golf Course and Lake El Reno are
located close to campus. El Reno provides smalltown
atmosphere and charm with the benefits of
being close to a large metropolitan area.
With courses from accounting to nursing and
criminal justice to zoology, Redlands offers courses
to meet your every need. You have the opportunity
to earn credits to transfer to a four-year university
or to earn a specialized associate’s degree and enter
the workforce.
After attending classes in our state-of-the-art
facilities, you and your friends can hang out and
enjoy a snack in the Cougar Café. If you aren’t
hungry, then you can relax in the student lounge,
look at the newest shirts in the bookstore, work on
homework in the library, or swim laps in the pool.

Join us
after class
When you are not in the classroom, rest assured
that you will not be bored! We kick off the fall
semester each year with the Cougar Bash,
a campus-wide event filled with food and fun,
including world-famous onion burgers, games,
and other activities. Activities continue throughout
the year with music videos, concerts, and
volunteer and leadership activities.
You also will have the opportunity to join any
of the more than 20 student organizations
on campus, including Aggie Club, Fellowship of
Christian Athletes, Phi Theta Kappa, Student
Nursing Association, and more.
Intramurals provide you with the opportunity
to participate in volleyball, flag football,
basketball tournaments, and more. You don’t
have to be a varsity athlete to play – all students
are welcome to join us in the games!

Location
Easily accessible to commuting students,
El Reno is at the crossroads of I-40 and
Highway 81.
El Reno is located 25 miles west of
Oklahoma City on I-40. Take Exit 123
(Country Club Road) and go one-half
mile North. The Redlands Community
College campus is located on the west
side of Country Club Road.

Join the
program
You can earn an associate’s degree or career
certificate in one of several different academic
areas. The main campus encompasses 55 acres
and includes several buildings geared toward
enhancing your learning experience, both in mind
and body.
RCC boasts numerous classrooms with various
seating arrangements. From fully equipped
science and computer labs to smart
classrooms and those equipped with IETV
capabilities, your educational needs and
expectations will be met and exceeded with the
most up-to-date technologies available.
Our cultural center includes a theatre and an art
gallery, which serve as a hub for cultural activities.
Activities include art exhibitions, cultural
presentations, theatrical performances,
concerts, and more.
Darlington Agriculture Education and Applied
Research Center is located on 110 acres off
campus; it houses classrooms, demonstration
labs, barns and pens, and housing for qualified
agriculture students. The teaching lab includes a
Grade A dairy goat parlor and a cheese processing
room.
The Redlands Community College Royse
Ranch, which serves as the headquarters of RCC’s
bovine and equine operations, offers nearly 315
acres of ranchland. The property features several
large hay barns, a feedlot, a professional riding
arena, 30 horse stalls with a capacity for 30 more,
and six breeding stalls and turnouts.
Our Equine Center, located off campus, consists
of an enclosed arena and 14 stalls, with an
additional barn housing 16 stalls. Two round pens
are available for working young horses and an
outside arena accommodates roping, heading and
heeling, and barrel racing.

scholarships. Students are encouraged to reapply for their sophomore year. The President’s
scholarships are awarded for two years.

minimum GPA or ACT score, but may require
an assessment test.

Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC).
You can afford to attend RCC! Our financial
aid office will help you access applications for
scholarships, grants, student loans, and the FACTS
tuition payment plan. Financial assistance comes
from either the state or federal level in nonrepayable
grants, student and parent loans, and
campus work-study. More than 90 percent of our
students receive financial aid to help offset the cost
of college.
FAFSA
To begin the financial aid process, you must
complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid
(FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Students may
submit their FAFSA after January 1, but preferably
before March 1. RCC’s school code is 003156.
College Goal Sunday
RCC plays host to a national program designed to
assist students and parents with the financial aid
process. Each year, the program assists student and
parents in completing their FAFSA forms. College
Goal Sunday is scheduled on a Sunday afternoon in
February. Watch for additional information.

incentive program. Among scholarships available
