e-Learning – New Generation
Compact Cars: A-Class
Our range of training sessions for your introduction to the
New Generation
General information
“Serious game“
• Course number: S0168E
• Costs: Once only per participant:
59 euros
• Structure: e-learning module
consisting of four submodules.
• Total duration: approx. 60 minutes.
At the outset, you need about 5
minutes to become acquainted
with the new layout and operation.
Then, you will be “learning“ for
four times approx. 10–15 minutes.
In this way participants receive
the initial information up to four
months before the sales release.
Participants take on the role of journalists
seeking information about the
new A-Class. Bit by bit they work
through the content and receive information
from their contact persons
(photographer, chief editor, ...) about
the A-Class, through to the first
pictures at the presentation of the
A-Class at the Geneva Motor Show.
This takes place as close as possible
in time to the actual Geneva Motor
Show. Participants sit at their virtual
desks where they receive information
• Final test: Once all four submodules
have been released there is a final
test which tests topics contained in
all submodules.
• Mobile version: From the second
module (08.03.2012 in German)
there is the option of working
through the e-learning on a tablet
PC. The test can only be taken on
a PC/notebook. The PC variant
includes additional functions.
on their PCs and mobile end devices
as well as hints from their contact
persons. At the end, participants
have full note books containing information
which provides reference
material for them. The note book can
be printed out. Furthermore, a media
gallery with photographs and films
about the new A-Class can be called
up.
Methods/objectives
• Continuous learning (four parts)
• Stimulating curiosity
• Information and pictures
• Almost like playing – familiarisation
with new media which are also
used by the target group (NGCC)
The provision of content (media
gallery) for real smartphones
encourages participants to come to
grips with the target group media in
their everyday routine. Participants
are prepared for the EuroTraining.
Evaluation of learning success
through final test.
