2.13 RECONNAISSANCE TIMETABLE<br />
<strong>The</strong> timetable specified in the supplementary regulations during which the crews may<br />
familiarise themselves with the rally route.<br />
2.14 REGROUPING<br />
A stop scheduled by the organisers under parc fermé or holding park conditions having a<br />
time control at the entrance and exit to enable the schedule to be followed and/or to<br />
regroup the cars still in the rally. <strong>The</strong> stopping time may vary from crew to crew.<br />
2.15 SECTION OF THE RALLY<br />
All the parts of a rally between the Start, successive regroupings and the Finish.<br />
2.16 SERVICE<br />
Any work on a competing car except where limited in Article 42.<br />
2.17 START OF THE EVENT<br />
<strong>The</strong> event starts from the day of administrative checks or reconnaissance (whichever is the<br />
earlier). <strong>The</strong> competition element of the rally starts at the first time control.<br />
2.18 SUPER SPECIAL STAGE<br />
A special stage designed for spectator viewing with the possibility of having more than one<br />
car starting at the same time. <strong>The</strong> length of a Super Special Stage shall be between 1.5 km<br />
and 5 km.<br />
2.19 TIME CARD<br />
A card intended for the stamps and entry of times recorded at the different control points<br />
scheduled on the itinerary.<br />

3. OFFICIALS AND DELEGATES<br />
3.1 STEWARDS<br />
<strong>The</strong> panel of stewards (the stewards) shall always comprise three members. Two of these<br />
members shall be appointed by <strong>FMSCI</strong> (including chairman). <strong>The</strong>y shall be from different<br />
clubs other than the club organizing the rally and one Steward may be proposed by the club<br />
organizing the rally for acceptance by <strong>FMSCI</strong>. For INRC all the stewards will be appointed by<br />
<strong>FMSCI</strong>. <strong>The</strong>re must be a permanent communication link between the stewards and the clerk<br />
of the course. During the running of the rally at least one of the stewards must be in the<br />
vicinity of the rally HQ.<br />
3.2 <strong>FMSCI</strong> DELEGATES<br />
<strong>The</strong> minimum of the following Delegates may be appointed by the <strong>FMSCI</strong>:<br />

<strong>The</strong> <strong>FMSCI</strong> Technical Delegate will liaise with the clerk of the course and will be the chief<br />
scrutineer responsible for all technical matters.<br />
