Meet the People behind the Celebrated <strong>Synergy</strong> <strong>of</strong> "One ITE System".<br />
The people <strong>of</strong> ITE celebrated greater employee involvement in<br />
innovation, learning and development and<br />
work-life harmony during FY 2004. Truly a<br />
People Developer organisation, ITE engaged<br />
its entire staff towards the Singapore Quality<br />
Award standard <strong>of</strong> world-class Organisational<br />
Excellence. As at 31 March 2005, there were<br />
2,183 staff in service with 1,361 academic and<br />
822 non-academic staff. Between teaching staff<br />
and students, there was also a healthy integration<br />
with its 1:14 ratio.<br />
