2013 <strong>ITTF</strong> World Junior<br />
Table Tennis Championships<br />
01-08 December 2013, Rabat, Morocco<br />
Associations may form a mixed doubles pair consisting of players from different<br />
Associations.<br />
Coaches/Officials/Ac<strong>com</strong>panying persons<br />
According to the <strong>ITTF</strong> policy for World Junior Table Tennis Championships, the<br />
number of persons that can join the teams in the “Official Party” is limited as<br />
follows:<br />
For an Association with two teams participating, the maximum is:<br />
‣ 8 Athletes (4 boys and 4 girls)<br />
‣ Two coaches<br />
‣ One Medical Staff<br />
‣ Two delegates<br />
For Associations with one or no team participating and from 5 to 8 players in total<br />
participating in the individual events, the maximum is:<br />
‣ 8 Athletes (4 boys and 4 girls up to the limit of qualified/selected players)<br />
‣ Two coaches<br />
‣ One Medical Staff<br />
‣ One delegate<br />
For Associations with 1 to 4 players participating, the maximum is:<br />
‣ 4 Athletes (up to the limit of qualified/selected players)<br />
‣ One coach for each three players participating (maximum two coaches)<br />
‣ One Medical Staff<br />
‣ One delegate<br />
All other persons wishing to ac<strong>com</strong>pany the teams are subject to special charges, as<br />
mentioned above if they wish to use the “ac<strong>com</strong>panying person’s hospitality<br />
packages”. These packages are limited and subject to availability of places in the<br />
official hotels. Priority will be given to the Official Party of all the delegations.<br />
12. ENTRIES<br />
Note that following the decision of the 2008 <strong>ITTF</strong> AGM, all players participating at the<br />
World Junior Championships in Morocco must provide proof of their eligibility to <strong>com</strong>pete in<br />
this World Title Event; and it is the responsibility of the National Association to provide<br />
such a document to the <strong>ITTF</strong>. At the time of the entry all the players’ passports<br />
have to be submitted (scanned copies). Failing to do so will result in nonacceptance<br />
of the entry.<br />
Any player whose valid passport is not available on the <strong>ITTF</strong> database will be considered as<br />
NOT ENTERED.<br />
The deadline for confirmation of participation for the team events and for the<br />
singles and doubles is Friday 4 th October 2013.<br />
Associations are requested to confirm their participation as soon as possible. Preferably<br />
final entries should be submitted by electronic methods (e-mail).<br />
