24.1. Dates and Training camp place<br />
Dates: from Monday, February 25th to Friday, February 29th (departure)<br />
Place: Universitätssporthalle, Universitätsstraße 1, 40225 Düsseldorf<br />

Registration have to be done by national federation<br />
24.3. Accommodation and Catering<br />
All participants in the <strong>International</strong> Traningscamp in Düsseldorf must stay in one of the<br />
official hotels. Reservation at the official Hotels must be booked exclusively through the<br />
Organizer on a first come first serve basis. Per person from February 25th – February 29th<br />
2012 (4 nights) from Monday lunch to Friday breakfast (full board) and accommodation in<br />
double rooms (Trainingcamp fee not included). Single room occupancy if available.<br />

24.4. Rights of participation<br />
The regulation of the European <strong>Judo</strong> Union say you should be ready to pay following rights of<br />
participation:<br />
- 30 euro /person for european federations<br />
- 100 euro/person for non-european federations.<br />
These costs are not included in rates for accommodation and catering.<br />
24.5. Registration and payment<br />
Every <strong>Federation</strong> will have to send a very precise composition of its delegation before January<br />
18th, 2013, using the following link www.judo-grandprix.de.<br />
After January 18th, 2013, registration will depend on places left.<br />
