Hotel reservations are made ONLY through the Organizer on a first come first serve basis,<br />

on the following web site: www.judo-grandprix.de (for your login code kindly send an<br />

eMail to: grandprix@judobund.de<br />

Hotel reservations must be made before December 20th 2012. Last hotel reservations<br />

without surcharge (number of people) must be made before December 20th, 2012 (included),<br />

by bank transfer of 50% of the total amount. If this first payment is not received on time,<br />

organizers can’t ensure any room, and if they can, 50% of the total amount will have to be<br />

paid immediately from December 20th, 2012 to January 18th, 2013 (included). Full payment<br />

must be received before January 18th 2013 (Bank transfer account please refer to the<br />

below information). If payment is made after this date a surcharge of 10% will be levied<br />

upon the total payable amount. Possible reservations of extra rooms at the check-in<br />

will also be surcharged with 10%. NO exceptions will be made. All bank fees and bank<br />

transfer costs are to be paid by the participation federation.
