Laura Heins – Vice President & Senior Analyst of FS Research. Laura Heins joined FS Research<br />
in 2005 with responsibility for credit and financial analysis of REIT transactions. Prior to joining FS<br />
Research, Ms. Heins was Vice President of Investment Grade Credit Research at Morgan Stanley Inc.,<br />
focusing on the REIT, specialty finance and bank sectors. Ms. Heins was the lead real estate research<br />
analyst in 2003 when Institutional Investor magazine ranked Morgan Stanley #2 for ABS Real Estate.<br />
Prior to her positions at Morgan Stanley, she was Chief of Staff of Global Fixed Income & Capital<br />
Markets for Citicorp Securities, and held various positions in risk management, CMO structuring and<br />
mortgage research. She received a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and an<br />
M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1999.<br />

Jon Sandelman – Partner, CEO & Chief Investment Officer. Prior to founding Sandelman<br />
Partners, LP, Mr. Sandelman was the President of Banc of America Securities and former head of the<br />
Debt and Equities Capital Markets. During his tenure at Banc of America Securities, Mr. Sandelman was<br />
a member of the Banc of America Operating Committee, the Banc of America Securities Leadership<br />
Committee and the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Compensation Committee. As head of the<br />
Debt and Equities Capital Markets, Mr. Sandelman was responsible for all of the market risk and strategic<br />
direction of the firm’s trading, distribution and new products development efforts. He oversaw the firm’s<br />
capital markets function in coordination with the head of banking. Mr. Sandelman began his career with<br />
Banc of America Securities in 1998 as head of the Equity Financial Products business, and became head<br />
of the Debt and Equities Capital Markets in 2002. He was appointed President of Banc of America<br />
Securities in early 2004. Prior to joining Banc of America Securities, Mr. Sandelman was deputy head of<br />
Global Equities and Managing Director of equity derivatives and proprietary trading at Salomon Brothers<br />
and a member of the firm’s Risk Management Committee and Compensation Committee. Mr. Sandelman<br />
has been honored with Risk Magazine’s prestigious “Derivative Superstar” award and Derivative<br />
Magazine’s “Derivative Person of the Year”. Mr. Sandelman is a trustee of the Whitney Museum of<br />
American Art and a Member of the Nominating Committee. Mr. Sandelman earned a B.S. from Adelphi<br />
University and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law.<br />
Bill Brown – Partner, Head of Structured Products and Private Finance. Mr. Brown is<br />
responsible for the Structured Finance business at Sandelman Partners, LP. Mr. Brown has more than<br />
eleven years of capital markets, structured products, and corporate credit experience and was formerly the<br />
head of Wachovia’s Loan Arbitrage Group. In his most recent capacity, Mr. Brown was directly<br />
responsible for managing balance sheet exposure relating to alternative assets in excess of $10 billion.<br />
His oversight spanned proprietary trading of middle market and leveraged loans, issuance of proprietary<br />
middle market CLOs, evergreen financing facilities for middle market and small business loans<br />
(including, but not limited to, SBA and conventional loans), and synthetic financing referencing leveraged<br />
loans, high yield bonds, and structured securities. In addition, Mr. Brown was a member of Wachovia<br />
Bank’s Leveraged Finance Credit Committee. In 1999, Mr. Brown joined Wachovia Securities and was<br />
responsible for the development of the securitization market for middle market and small business loans.<br />
Previously, Mr. Brown spent approximately three years, between 1996 and 1999, with NationsBank<br />
Montgomery Securities LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Brown spent the summer of 1995 with Associates<br />
Corporation of N.A. approximately two years from 1992 through 1994 with Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr.<br />
Brown graduated from Southern Methodist University with an MBA and BBA in Accounting.<br />
Tom Cusick – Senior Portfolio Manager For Structured Securities. Tom Cusick has nine years of<br />
experience trading structured securities including consumer asset backed securities (including, without<br />
