interest and repayment of principal on the Covered Bonds and to the
fulfilment of the obligations of the Issuer to the Secured Creditors in
accordance with the relevant Payments Priorities.
Servicing and collection
procedures:
The Servicer will be responsible for the servicing of the Cover Pool,
including, inter alia, for the following activities:

(g)
collection and recovery in respect of each Cover Pool Asset;
administration and management of the Cover Pool;
management of any judicial or extra judicial proceeding
connected to the Cover Pool;
keeping accounting records of the amounts due and collected
under the Loan Assets and the Hedging Agreements;
preparation of quarterly reports (to be submitted to the Trustee,
the Asset Monitor and the Rating Agencies) on the amounts due
by debtors, and on the collections and recoveries made in respect
of the Loan Assets and Hedging Agreements;
carrying out the reconciliation of the amounts due and the
amounts effectively paid by the debtors under the Loans; and
notifying the Borrowers following the delivery of a Notice of
Default or the occurrence of an Issuer Insolvency Event or
Moody's Issuer Downgrade Event (each of which is continuing)
to make all payments directly to the Transaction Account (or such
other account as is approved in writing by the Trustee).
Replacement of Servicer
in servicing and collection
procedures:
The Trustee may appoint a third party to perform the Servicer's role in
relation to the servicing and collection procedures and cash management
functions, on the happening of any of the Servicer Events set out under
"Description of the Principal Transaction Documents - Servicing Deed"
below.
On this occurring the Servicer will cease to perform such functions under
the Servicing Deed.
Ongoing Data Reporting
Requirements:
The Bank of Greece shall be notified by the end of March of each year of
the following information as of the end of December of the preceding
year:
(a)
(b)
(c)
the results, as audited by a chartered accountant, of the reviews
referred to in paragraph 5 of chapter I of the Secondary Covered
Bond Legislation and of the monitoring of the processes and
limits referred to in paragraphs 4 and 6 of the aforementioned
chapter, with a detailed presentation of the data, methods and
parameters used;
detailed cover assets data verifying the observance of the limits
set out in paragraph 4 of chapter I of the Secondary Covered
Bond Legislation, as well as information relating to the
revaluation of the value of mortgaged real estate property in
respect of residential mortgage and other loans according to
paragraph 7 of the same chapter; and
(i) the average weighted interest rate of each category of assets
and the average weighted interest rate of the total of the assets of
the cover pool; (ii) the value of mortgaged real estate property in
respect of residential mortgage and other loans; (iii) a justification
