OUTSTANDING HUMAN Performance intervention
search and rescue (SAR) fundamentals:
from cradle to grave

Leveraging human
performance technology

Coast Guard identified several
performance gaps for the job
of the On Scene Coordinator
(OSC). The OSC plays an
important role in collecting,
analyzing, and organizing
comprehensive process model

e-learning delivery system.

from this project served as
the foundation for developing
the Coast Guard’s Advanced
Distributed Learning
