Talshir Medical Technologies Ltd., founded in 2008, is an exclusive licensed manufacturer and marketer of
NeuroVision – a technology that enhances vision neurologically and is used to improve and correct
various visual impairments.
NeuroVision was developed in Israel, where the company was established in 1999 by Dr. Uri Polat, a brain
scientist from the Weizmann Institute of Science. In August 2001, NeuroVision received FDA 510(K)
approval for the treatment of Adult Amblyopia (lazy eye), which until then has been considered untreatable.
The company relocated to Singapore in 2004 under the company name NeuroVision, Inc. due to government
interest in the treatment of pediatric myopia in the Asia-Pacific Region. During this time, the technology has
successfully treated more than 3,000 patients in Europe, the US, and Asia. In 2009, NeuroVision was
purchased by RevitalVision LLC, and operations were relocated to the United States in Kansas City, Kansas.
The company's studies have been published in multiple peer reviewed scientific publications. Awareness and

The NeuroVision technology is a non-invasive, patient-specific, perceptual learning program based on
visual stimulation. It facilitates neural connections at the cortical level through a computerized visual
training regime using Gabor patches, to improve contrast sensitivity and visual acuity. As visual perception
depends on both the optical input received from the eye and the neural processing of that input in the visual
cortex, NeuroVision technology improves quality of vision (contrast sensitivity and visual acuity) by
enhancing neural processing in the primary visual cortex.
The NeuroVision training system is interactive web-based computer software that provides a series of
individualized visual stimuli, which are designed to enhance the neural interactions in the visual cortex. The
treatment is sold only through eye doctors, who examine and monitor the patient's progress.
The average vision improvement is more than 2 lines on the visual acuity eye chart and 100% increase in
contrast sensitivity.
Neurovision is the only clinically proven and FDA approved therapy for Amblyopic Adults. The program is also
used to treat Low Myopia, Early Presbyopia, Post Cataract, Post LASIK (laser) and Low Vision patients. FDA &
