EasyLabour ® conveniently and comfortably applies acupressure to six specific acupressure points, three
points on each side of the spine, on the sacral foramina of a woman during labour.A dedicated clinical trial to
determine the level of pain relief experienced was conducted in the obstetrics department of a large medical
center.
The results indicated that continuous rotational pressure applied to the sacral area while using the selfoperated
electro-mechanical device was found to significantly reduce labour pain within five minutes.
Preliminary indications also suggest a shorter pain period during a contraction while using EasyLabour.
EasyLabour ® is a CE mark, Class I device. Several hospitals are now using EasyLabour ® worldwide as a
complementary pain relief alternative.
