The SM2000RB is based on a custom-built
Martin Fleeson model that for years had
been Raymond's main performance guitar.
Fleeson made the original in 1985, and died
the following year. When Ray recently
decided to retire the Fleeson model after
years of service, Santos Martinez was the
obvious next step.
The SM2000RB sticks closely to the
Fleeson guitar's blueprint, with top quality
woods and hardware used throughout,
producing a beautiful classical tone that
is equal to any stage or performance.

Principante
This series of classical guitars, designed for the more serious
beginner, features a spruce top for superior tone, a comfortable
and easy to play neck profile, with an easy action ideally suited
to younger hands, encouraging developing players to progress
confidently with their practice and performing.
The resonant Sapele body produces a vibrant, warm tone
and the responsive Principante series rewards fledgling players
with a sound which helps to instill in them the joy of developing
their skills and developing a true feel for playing the guitar.
