There are several locations in <strong>Juneau</strong> where the shoulder lanes are not paved or where they are<br />

paved but are not wide enough to provide adequate space for pedestrians <strong>and</strong> cyclists to travel<br />

safely. Table 7‐4 lists needed shoulder lane improvements.<br />
