Eligibility: Must have at least a 3.0 high<br />

someone who has been a mentor in the student’s<br />
life <strong>and</strong> how that person had a positive<br />
impact on the student’s achieving his or<br />
her dream; have at least a 17 ACT, 54 APT,<br />
or 1365 SAT score; <strong>and</strong> have completed 30<br />
documented hours of voluntary community<br />
service. The essay will be graded on content,<br />
grammar, style <strong>and</strong> penmanship.<br />
