an ACT composite of 27 or at least an SAT<br />

composite of 1200; or 2 out of 3 of the following<br />

criteria for 20%: have at least a 3.7<br />

GPA, be in the top 5% of class <strong>and</strong>/or have<br />

at least an ACT composite of 29 or at least<br />

an SAT composite of 1280; or 2 out of 3 of<br />

the following criteria for 30%: have at least<br />

a 3.9 GPA, be in the top 2% of class <strong>and</strong>/or<br />

have at least an ACT composite of 30 or at<br />

least an SAT composite of 1320.<br />

Award: 15% - 30% of tuition; renewable for<br />

up to 4 years provided recipient maintains<br />

a 3.3 to 3.5 cumulative GPA (depending on<br />

activities (particularly as they relate<br />

to Hispanic-American ethnic minority<br />

concerns), leadership ability, quality of program,<br />

letters of recommendation, an essay<br />

Award: 70% of tuition; renewable for up to 4<br />

years provided the recipient has a 2.0 GPA.<br />
