TYPE 80 HD<br />
Type 80 is a PTFE expansion bellows Comflex ® <strong>Expansion</strong><br />
Joint hot-formed from extruded PTFE tubing under pressure<br />
to form continuous convolutions. Available with 2 to<br />
10 convolutions for all nominal widths.<br />
Design:<br />
Pure PTFE bellows with external stainless steel support<br />
rings, PTFE profiles on both sides with steel backing<br />
flange and integral restraint.<br />
Pressure and vacuum diagram<br />
with temperature influence<br />
Flange:<br />
Material GGG 40 with rust preventive coating (hole<br />
circle drilling partly with threaded holes, for narrow<br />
design), standard design PN 10.<br />
Special holes and materials available on request.<br />
