Subject: Air Ticket Quotation.<br />
Sir,<br />
The sealed rates are invited from the authorized travel agents for air ticketing for the following sectors.<br />

03 NOV 2012 Paro to Bangkok<br />
04 NOV 2012 Bangkok to Zurich<br />
05 NOV 2012 Zurich to Munich<br />
12 NOV 2012 Munich to Hannover<br />
15 NOV 2012 Hannover to Munich<br />
20 NOV 2012 Munich to Bangkok<br />
21 NOV 2012 Bangkok to Paro<br />
Terms and Conditions (1 to 14)<br />
1. <strong>You</strong> are requested to submit the sealed rates to GNH Commission on 29 October 2012 before 11.00<br />
AM and open in the same day.<br />
2. The quotations received after the date line shall not be entertained.<br />
3. We will not accept the unconditional quotation like an increase of fare or changing of airlines at the<br />
time travel.<br />
4. The validation of fares and available of seats should be as per the details mentioned above.<br />
5. The availability and confirmation of seat at the time of travel should be confirmed before submitting<br />
your quotation.<br />
6. <strong>You</strong> are requested to submit the valid Ticketing License issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs<br />
with your quotation.<br />
7. The quotation should submit along with the confirmed itineraries.<br />
8. The quotation should be submitted along with a security deposit of 2% of the total quoted value in the<br />
form of<br />
1. Demand Draft, or<br />
2. Banker’s Cheque/Cash warrant; or<br />
3. Unconditional Guarrantee issued by a reputed Financial Institute and should be addressed in favor<br />
of Director, SDS, GNH Commission, Thimphu.<br />
9. The security deposit will be refunded/returned after the returned of officials from abroad.<br />
10. The travel agents are requested to quote the full fare economy class as per the sectors given as above<br />
in order to have flexibility in change of flight time or name change in the event of unavoidable<br />
circumstances.
11. The quotation without security deposit and without sealed envelope will not be entertained.<br />
12. The bidders are requested to mention the name of the air lines.<br />
13. The sealed quotation should be address in favor of the Director, SDS, GNH Commission, Thimphu<br />
14. If the above mentioned conditions are not fulfilled than the committee has the decision to reject the bid<br />
without any notice to the bidders.<br />
