million over 2 years to<br />
complete a pre-feasibility<br />
study. <strong>Minco</strong> can walk<br />
away at this point with no<br />
earned interest, or<br />
proceed to the scond<br />
phase;<br />
• The second phase of the<br />
agreement allows for<br />
<strong>Minco</strong> to spend a further<br />
$4.5 million over 2 years<br />
to complete a final<br />
feasibility study to earn<br />
their 51% interest.<br />
