Prisoner Reentry Initiative
The Prisoner Reentry Initiative (PRI) helps
noncustodial parents find a job and pay child
support prior to and immediately following
release from the Oklahoma Department of
Corrections.
Individuals returning to Tulsa County with
an open child support case or those needing to
have paternity established will receive oneon-one
support from a child support specialist.
This allows participants in the reentry initiative
develop a better understanding of their child
support case and the child support system as a
whole.
PRI provides participants with valuable
community resources to assist with
employment, transportation, housing, health
care, mental health care, job training and
educational opportunities. By providing access
to these resources, participants will be able to
meet financial responsibilities and get involved
in the lives of their children.
