This document is the outcome of a long and intensive process. It is the result of<br />
in-country totally local consultations. The reports of these consultations were<br />

The Director of the <strong>National</strong> HIV & AIDS Programme<br />
Mrs. Patricia Beard, assisted by her staff, and the diligent assistance of Dr. Bonnie<br />
Lake Richardson, Permanent Secretary <strong>Health</strong> & Social Development, conducted<br />
the research and collated all of the material to ensure the successful<br />
development of a comprehensive <strong>Strategic</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>, <strong>for</strong> the management of STI’s HIV<br />
& AIDS prevention care & treatment <strong>for</strong> Anguilla.<br />
It is hoped that persons using this document will find it useful <strong>for</strong> the<br />
implementation of the <strong>National</strong> programme <strong>for</strong> the period <strong>2009</strong> – <strong>2014</strong><br />
