AIPN has arranged for a preferred Hotel rate at the Sofitel hotel:
Single room: MAD 2190 (approx US$269.00), excl of taxes
Double room: MAD 2730 (approx US$ 335.00), excl of taxes
This preferential rate includes breakfast and buffet lunch; and will be guaranteed till September 15, 2007.
After this date, the room block will be released to the hotel and rooms and rates will be subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:
• All cancellations for hotel rooms have to be made in writing to S’Tours, preferrably confirmed by email to
a.smina@stours.co.ma
• A cancellation fee of representing a one night’s room rate of MAD 2190 (approx US$269.00), and applicable
taxes will be charged to your Credit Card if you cancel your reservation 15 days (per October 6) or less before the
conference.
Confirmation of hotel reservations
Hotel reservations and tours registrations will be confirmed by e-mail (where possible) confirmation letter/receipt
as pdf attachment by S’Tours. The confirmation letter will act as an invoice for guests who plan to pay via bank
transfer. For guests who prefer to pay via credit card this confirmation letter will act as a receipt for your credit
card payment. Please remember to bring your confirmation letter with you to the conference for
presentation at the Registration Desk.

Methods of payment
Payments can either be made by credit card or bank transfer
1. Credit card
When paying by credit card you must provide us with a signed authorization form. Click here to be redirected to

Also, you should fill out the Credit Card Authorisation Form, authorise the total amount and fax it to us at

S’Tours accepts CC payments by American Express, EuroCard/MasterCard and Visa. Credit card payments will
be charged automatically on October 1, 2007. Bookings made after that date will be charged immediately.
A Credit card fee of 2,7 % of the total invoiced amount will be added to the total amount.
