consumables and effluent treatment systems, with our ability to run extensive process
trials in our Michigan test laboratory to develop the optimum process for each component.

Drag Finishing
Rosler drag finishers are ideal for
orthopedic joint implants. With up
to six independently rotating work
stations, each fixture with the capability
of holding multiple parts, these
machines finish implants, such as
femorals, tibular trays, hip stems and
hip balls, and ankles to low, singledigit
Ra readings. Rosler drag finishers
are designed to provide 40 times the
grinding performance of traditional
vibratory machines, while also eliminating
impingement, reducing scrap and
improving batch integrity, consistency
and repeatability.

Haas Multigrind LLC, the grinding
specialist. Haas’ innovative mechanical
engineering creates a highprecision
grinding process, while
surface finishing expert, Rosler, has
surface drag finishing processes
that are unmatched.
Vibratory Finishing
Our RMO mobile trough machines are
designed for flexibility and process
integration. The process channel can
be separated by a series of polyurethane
coated dividers to process different
parts at the same time while ensuring
batch integrity. Easily moveable between
machining centers, RMO machines also
feature sound abatement enclosures to
encapsulate the process chamber and
significantly reduce noise levels. These
machines are perfect for processing
nails, screws and smaller implants.
In addition to trough machines, Rosler‘s
wide array of vibratory finishing machines
include round, bowl units and
centrifugal disk machines.
Centrifugal Disk Finishing
Rosler‘s FKS, High-Energy Centrifugal
Disk, machines offer up to 10 times
higher productivity when compared to
vibratory finishing systems. Bone plates,
screws, spinal and dental implants are
ideal for the FKS series machines. Our
patented design allows for the seal gap
to be adjusted, extending the life of the
tub and spinner. The water level controls
allow processes from aggressive deburring
and radiusing to gentle, high gloss
polishing. The automatic gap adjustment
allows for the processing of very thin
(0.012“) parts.
Blast Finishing
Rosler offers the industry’s most comprehensive
range of shot blasting technologies,
including wet blasting, turbine
blasting and pressure blasting. Rosler’s
high-volume wet blast machines provide
unequaled finish control and a special,
high-volume pump, working in a closed
loop system, eliminates leakage and
waste water concerns.
Rosler’s patented Hurricane shot blasting
turbine technology yields considerable
increases in capacity. In addition, we
are constantly working with customers to
develop individual solutions to specific
surface treatment challenges, giving
them a decisive edge over their competition.
