Deed Restriction Review<br />
In January we will be driving sections (8) eight and (10) ten (please<br />
see map). We are looking for turf with excessive weeds, turf that is<br />
not mowed or edged, lack of maintenance on the exterior of your<br />
home, unauthorized vehicles such as boats, trailers and RV’s just to<br />
name a few. *Due to the extreme temperatures this summer there<br />
are many yards that have suffered considerably and it is difficult<br />
to determine at this point whether grass will come back or has died<br />
completely. Due to this, we will be driving the entire neighborhood<br />
at the beginning of March 2007 to look at turf conditions only. If at<br />
that time we find yards that have areas of dead turf we will require<br />
that these area of turf be replaced.<br />
We are required by Texas State Law to notify owners in writing<br />
via certified mail of a deed restriction violation. We also send<br />
correspondence via regular mail to ensure that you receive. If you<br />
receive a notice and have questions, please contact the HOA office<br />
at 288-8663 or via email at info@circelcranch.info to discuss.<br />
