The Office Park Management, Strauss & Partner Immobilien GmbH, is situated in<br />

Basic functions of the Office Park Management and Administration are:<br />

• Bill collecting of rental and operating cost payments<br />
• Accounting control of operating costs<br />
• Calculation/Accounting of running energy costs and payments<br />
• Quality control of all service providers employed at <strong>EURO</strong> <strong>PLAZA</strong><br />
• The settlement and custodianship of all insurance policies for the Building<br />
• Complex and the enforcement of all claims arising thereof<br />
