NOTICE INVITING TENDERS
Sealed item rate tender on prescribed form PW-7/8 for the following work from
contractors having current enlistment in the appropriate class with HP PWD/I&PH are
hereby invited by the Executive Engineer, BBNDA for and on behalf Baddi Barotiwala
Nalagarh Development Authority, Baddi, so as to reach the office of Executive
Engineer, BBNDA on or before 12-07-2012 up to 11.00 AM. The same shall be opened
in the office of Chief Executive Officer on same day at 11.30 AM in the presence of the
interested parties. The tender form can be had from the office of Executive Engineer,
BBNDA on any working day against cash payment only up to 5.00 PM on 11-07-2012.
Application for issue of tender form may be submitted in this office on or before 10-07-
2012.The earnest money must accompany the tenders in shape of Bank Draft/ Bankers
Cheque/Bank F.D.R. only duly pledged in favour of Executive Engineer, BBNDA,
payable at Baddi only. If date of opening is declared a holiday, the tenders shall be
opened on the next working day at the same time. The contractors can also submit the
tenders through registered post. The undersigned reserves the right to reject one or all the
tenders without assigning any reason thereto.

Terms and Conditions:-
1 The contractor will have to provide copy of enlistment at the time of purchase of
tender form.
2 The contractors/firms are requested to insert the rates of each item in figure as
well as words other wise the tender will not be accepted.
3 The conditional tenders will not be accepted.
4 Defaulter contractors will not be issued tender form. An affidavit in this regard
duly attested by the Executive Magistrate is required to be submitted
5 The tenders not accompanied by earnest money in above shape shall be
summarily rejected.
6 The defect liability period for above work shall be one year as such the security
deposit will be refunded after one year from the date of completion of work.
7 The contractor who have already two or more than two works of BBNDA in hand
will not be issued tender form.
8 The contractor will have to submit the work done certificate for the similar works
from the concerned Executive Engineer.
9 Clearance Certificate issued by the Assessing Authority cum Excise and Taxation
Officer concerned up to the previous year.
