Jared also holds his B.F.A. in Musical <strong>Theatre</strong><br />

from Minnesota State University – Mankato.<br />

JUSTEN POHL (Lyra Artist) After years of<br />

selling real estate, Justen was in need of a more<br />

stimulating career. One trip to a crazy festival in<br />

the middle of the desert, Burningman, opened<br />

his eyes and inspired him to change his course.<br />

Justen found his niche amongst a class of circus<br />

performers and quickly found himself<br />

submerged in many different venues. From<br />

aerial to fire dancing to stilt-walking, the list<br />

only grew. Whether opening for top chart artists<br />

like Mya or performing with renowned DJs like<br />

Kascade, there was no longer room for a dull<br />

moment. Justen now runs his own company<br />

Enticing Entertainment.<br />

T. MYCHAEL RAMBO (Amonasro) makes<br />

his Theater Latté Da debut in this production of<br />

Aida. Rambo is a Regional Emmy Award<br />

winning actor, vocalist, arts educator and<br />

community organizer. He has performed<br />

principal roles at Penumbra <strong>Theatre</strong>, Guthrie<br />

<strong>Theatre</strong>, Mixed Blood, Illusion <strong>Theatre</strong>, Ten<br />

Thousand Things, Ordway, Children’s <strong>Theatre</strong>,<br />

Park Square and Minnesota Opera as well as<br />

nationally, including Carnegie Hall and<br />

throughout Europe, Africa, Canada and South<br />

America. He’s appeared in local and national<br />

television commercials, feature films, HBO<br />

mini-series, and other television programming.<br />

T. Mychael will return to Penumbra <strong>Theatre</strong> in<br />

Spunk slated for March 2013.<br />

ELANDER ROSSER (Ensemble, Mereb u/s)<br />

appeared in Theater Latté Da’s Spring<br />

Awakening. He’s also performed at the Kennedy<br />

Center with Carl Flink’s Lost Lullabies, was a<br />

guest performer with the TU Dance Company at<br />

the Ordway Center, and appeared in Atlanta<br />

Lyric <strong>Theatre</strong>’s Hairspray. Elander is currently<br />

attending the University of Minnesota – Twin<br />

Cities, pursuing a B.F.A. in Dance.<br />

ANDRE SHOALS (Ensemble, Amneroso u/s)<br />

is thrilled to be making his debut with Theater<br />

Latté Da. Most recently seen in Park Square’s<br />

production of Ragtime, he’s also performed in<br />

Cardinal Theatrics Rocky Horror Live as Dr.<br />

Frankenfurter. Beginning his career as a<br />

dancer with Zenon Dance Company in the<br />

early 90s, he moved to NYC to work with Bill<br />

T. Jones/Arnie Zane & Co., Jane Comfort<br />

Dance, Susan Marshall Dance Company, and a<br />

score of independent choreographers. Before<br />

moving back to the Twin Cities, he performed<br />

with Boston-based Fringe theater company<br />

The Gold Dust Orphans, where he is also a<br />

founder member.<br />

AUSTENE VAN (Aida) is debuting with<br />

Theater Latté Da. Her Penumbra Company<br />

member credits include Amen Corner, Blue, Ain’t<br />

Misbehavin’, Dinah Was, Blues for an Alabama<br />

Sky and Seven Guitars. Austene has also<br />

performed in In The Next Room at the Jungle<br />

<strong>Theatre</strong>; Gem of the Ocean, Crowns and A<br />

Christmas Carol at Guthrie Theater; Radio Golf<br />

at IRT/Cleveland Playhouse; To Kill a<br />

Mockingbird at Park Square; Once on this Island<br />

at The Children’s <strong>Theatre</strong> Company; Singing in<br />

the Rain at Ordway. Her recent directing credits<br />

include Hot Chocolate, Gee’s Bend and Lady<br />

Day at Park Square; A Civil War Christmas at<br />

History <strong>Theatre</strong>; Blues in the Night at Ordway;<br />

and Black Nativity at Penumbra. Austene is an<br />

Associate Artistic Director of History <strong>Theatre</strong>.<br />

KELLI FOSTER WARDER (Ensemble,<br />

Dance Captain, Assistant Choreographer) makes<br />

her Theater Latté Da debut with this production<br />

of Aida. She was most recently seen in<br />

Bloomington Civic <strong>Theatre</strong>’s production of 42nd<br />

Street (Lorraine). Kelli also appeared in<br />

Chanhassen Dinner <strong>Theatre</strong>s’ production of<br />

Hairspray last year and is a choreographer for<br />

high schools and churches.<br />

ELTON JOHN (Composer) The monumental<br />

career of international singer/songwriter and<br />

performer Elton John has spanned more than<br />

three decades. He is one of the top-selling solo<br />

artists of all time with over 200 million records<br />

sold worldwide. Elton has won a wide array of<br />

awards including Grammys, Tonys, an Oscar,<br />

and 35 gold and 25 platinum albums. Tony<br />

award-winning Aida, Billy Elliot and The Lion<br />

King have long reigned on Broadway and around<br />

the world. His commitment to the fight against<br />

AIDS led to the inception of the Elton John<br />

AIDS Foundation, which has dispersed a<br />

combined total of grants surpassing $80 million<br />

to date. In 1998, he was knighted by the Queen<br />

of England and in 2004, Elton received the
