After 8 p.m., visitors are asked to wear a pass. Passes are issued in the
following areas:
• Information Desk – Plaza Level (PL on elevator)
• Security Office – Plaza Level
Parking
An hourly fee is charged for patients and visitors who park in the
hospital ramp. The hospital parking ramp is always open. This ramp is
connected to the hospital and is accessible from Oakdale Avenue. There
is handicapped parking on all levels. Motorcycles or bicycles have
designated areas. There is limited parking for oversized vehicles.
Discount parking passes are available for sale in the gift shops.
Additional parking is available in the Terrace Mall parking lot adjacent
to the North Memorial Outpatient Center. There are free shuttle pick
up locations by the ATM machine, the building front entrance and the
glass bus shelter near the frontage road. The free shuttle to and from the
Terrace Mall parking lot is available Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m.
to 5:15 p.m. There is no shuttle service on weekends/holidays.

Automated Teller Machines (ATM)
An ATM is located near the parking ramp on the Plaza Level of the Atrium.
Atrium Espresso
Located on the Plaza Level of the Atrium, Atrium Espresso is open
Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
NorthWay Deli & Grill
Located on the first floor of the medical center, NorthWay Deli & Grill is
open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Plaza Cafe
Located on the Plaza Level near the main elevators, Plaza Cafe is open
Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Saturday and
Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Vending machines and microwave
ovens are available at this location and are available to use at any time.
