The LSM 5 EXCITER is a piggyback instrument requiring
a host microscope. Depending on the application, it may
come with an Axio Imager.M1m, Axio Imager.Z1m or
Axio Observer.Z1m – all of them high-end research microscopes,
equipped with many light-microscopical contrast
techniques including brightfield, darkfield, DIC, C-DIC, polarization
and fluorescence. Six eyes see more than two;
six solution strategies enhance the speed and the flexibility
of solving the problem. Seeing your samples in different
lights increases the certainty of assessing its condition.
