Comfortable and Tough
EMT is designed to withstand harsh environments. It outperforms conventional
materials in puncture resistance, and deformation. It also exceeds test standards
for resistance to UV, abrasion and chemicals for marine applications.
Breathability and Heat Dissipation
Heat and perspiration buildup are factors long associated with discomfort. EMT
elastomeric mesh avoids this discomfort because its open-weave architecture is
so well-ventilated. The moisture and heat are simply transferred away.

Puncture Resistance
Since the material is not bonded at intersections, the fibers simply move out
of the way of a penetrating object.
Pressure Distribution
EMT has nearly-perfect “memory” — it returns to original tension
and will not deform over time. Since EMT conforms so well to the
shape of each individual, sitting pressure is distributed across the
seat surface. Less pressure means more long-term comfort.
