As medi<strong>at</strong>ion becomes “mainstream,” counsel regularly confront difficult issues of tactics, ethics, and<br />
overall approach in handling a medi<strong>at</strong>ed case. This intermedi<strong>at</strong>e-to-advanced level program is focused on some<br />
