burnout contest. Bragging<br />
rights are up for grabs. A<br />
show sticker (vending or<br />
show fi eld), driver’s license and proof of insurance are<br />
required. Sign up at guest services. Participants are<br />
limited to 10 vehicles and three minutes each.<br />

AWARDS PARADE •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••<br />
See the winning vehicles from the Showfi eld during<br />
the awards parade on Sunday at 2 p.m. in front of the<br />
Grandstand. Winners’ lists will be available at 9 a.m.<br />
Sunday on tables set up just outside Guest Services<br />
as well as at Vendor Services and Showfi eld Registration.<br />
Winners must check in at Guest Services to join<br />
the parade and/or pick up their award. Those who cannot<br />
attend the event on Sunday may have the award<br />
shipped for a $10 fee or held for pickup at our offi ce<br />
during regular business hours or at any future event.<br />
Professional photography is available at the parade<br />
and available onsite for purchase.<br />
LIVE MUSIC: THE VOLUNTEERS<br />
OF THE U.S. ARMY FIELD BAND ••••••••••••••••<br />
The Volunteers is the United States Army’s six-piece<br />
premier touring rock band. Since 1981, this talented<br />
group has performed in all 50 states, Puerto Rico,<br />
Central America and Europe. The band performs rock,<br />
country, pop and other current styles of music. People<br />
nationwide are captivated by their fast-paced, highenergy<br />
shows. One young woman commented, “I love<br />
the music they sang, and the fact that they are in the<br />
Army — they rock!” The mission of The United States<br />
Army Field Band is to “carry into the grassroots of our<br />
country the story of our magnifi cent Army.” In performances<br />
across the globe, the members of the Volunteers<br />
take great pride in refl ecting the excellence of all<br />
our nation’s soldiers. ON STAGE SUNDAY AT 10 A.M.
