Similarly, it proved unnecessary <strong>to</strong> formally establish the proposed ‘Pathfinder<br />
Communica<strong>to</strong>rs Group’ as the individuals involved were able <strong>to</strong> co-ordinate via bilateral<br />
and multi-lateral discussion.<br />
Minutes of the Project Steering Group meetings were made publicly available on the<br />
Pathfinder section of the <strong>Jurassic</strong> <strong>Coast</strong> website (www.jurassiccoast.com/pathfinder).<br />
The Project Executive<br />
The Project Executive was formed largely from officer representatives of partner<br />
organisations who came <strong>to</strong>gether <strong>to</strong> assemble the bid <strong>to</strong> the <strong>Coast</strong>al Change<br />
Pathfinder Fund. A full list of the original membership is at table 2.<br />

The Project Team<br />
A large number of professionals and volunteers were involved in the delivery of the<br />
<strong>Jurassic</strong> <strong>Coast</strong> Pathfinder project. The ‘core’ project team employed directly <strong>to</strong><br />
deliver the project consisted of:<br />
• Rupert Lloyd (<strong>Coast</strong>al Change Pathfinder Co-ordina<strong>to</strong>r) – recruited on 18<br />
month fixed term contract <strong>to</strong> co-ordinate project delivery.<br />
• Henry Aron (<strong>Coast</strong>al Change Pathfinder Officer) – recruited on 18 month fixed<br />
term contract <strong>to</strong> deliver project outputs.<br />
• Alexandria Potter (<strong>Coast</strong>al Change Pathfinder Support Officer) – recruited on<br />
18 month fixed term contract (part-time) <strong>to</strong> support project delivery.<br />
This core project team was overseen by:<br />
• Peter Moore (Environment Policy Group Manager, Dorset County Council) –<br />
project lead for the host authority.<br />
• Ken Buchan (<strong>Coast</strong>al Policy Manager, Dorset County Council) – line manager<br />
of the Pathfinder staff team.<br />
