Andrew Tucker has a degree in Biology and a Masters degree in<br />
Environmental Science. He worked for the UK Environment Agency in<br />
the fields of waste management, contaminated land and environmental<br />
protection before joining <strong>ITOPF</strong> in 2004.<br />
Dr Franck Laruelle is a marine biologist and before joining <strong>ITOPF</strong> in<br />
2006 worked with the French research organisation CEDRE. He acted as<br />
a technical adviser on behalf of the French government in a number of<br />
spills, including ERIKA and PRESTIGE.<br />
Technical Advisers<br />
Natasha Lippens has a degree in Zoology and an MSc in Environmental<br />
Technology. She has worked as an international relations officer and<br />
research diver on a coral conservation expedition in the Comoros<br />
Islands. She joined <strong>ITOPF</strong> in 2006.<br />
Helen Chapman has a degree in Environmental Chemistry and a Masters<br />
degree in Environmental Management. Before joining <strong>ITOPF</strong> in 2006,<br />
she worked in waste and process industry regulation for the Environment<br />
Agency in Wales.<br />
Colleen O’Hagan has a degree in Geophysics and a Masters degree in<br />
Remote Sensing and Image Processing. She joined <strong>ITOPF</strong> in 2004 as<br />
a Technical Support Co-ordinator and became a Technical Adviser<br />
in 2006.<br />
Dr Mark Whittington is a marine biologist with a background in<br />
fisheries, aquaculture and environmental monitoring. Prior to joining<br />
<strong>ITOPF</strong> in 2007, he worked in marine consultancy in the UK and on coastal<br />
zone management projects in East Africa and the Middle East.<br />
Kelly Reynolds has a degree in Maritime Environmental Management<br />
and a Masters degree in Coastal Zone Management. Before joining<br />
<strong>ITOPF</strong> in 2008, she worked for the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency<br />
in the Counter Pollution Response Branch.<br />
