Stuart holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Diploma in
Financial Management, is a Fellow of Australian Institute
of Company Directors and a Fellow of CPA Australia.
He is currently a senior executive with Insurance Australia
Group, with responsibility for Corporate Services and
Group Alliances.
Stuart has had previous directorships within the
Brambles Europe Executive Board (1990–97) and Rail
Fleet Services Pty Ltd and Joint Venture Board Thiess
Infraco Pty Ltd from 1999–2001. He is also on the board
of UnitingCare NSW.ACT.
Appointed August 2004
Anita, a registered nurse, has a strong background in
aged care and public policy and has worked in key policy
and management roles within Commonwealth and NSW
public service agencies.
Her career has largely focused on aged care policies and
programs, including the National and NSW Action Plans
on Dementia, work on the final report of the Inquiry into
Aged Care (1997) for the NSW Legislative Council Standing
Committee on Social Issues, and advisor to the former
NSW Minister for Ageing.
Anita is a member of Annandale Uniting Church.
