Tomorrows Children<br />
On February 4, 2003, KWVA Taejon Chapter Commander Dr.<br />
Richard Onorevole presented a donation to Kathy Ambrose,<br />
Administrative Director for “Tomorrows Children”. This took place<br />
at the Hackensack University Medical Center Hospital, Hackensack,<br />
New Jersey. Tomorrows Children Pediatric Center is a center for<br />
children stricken with blood diseases and cancer. At the presentation<br />
were color Guard Captain Vincent Cupo and historian Louis<br />
Quagliero.<br />

Clifton Public Television interviewed almost all Taejon chapter<br />
members on their sentiments on the war in Iraq. All responded<br />
in support of our Armed Forces and a quick victory.<br />

Cupo donates his time every Wednesday to entertain the children<br />
with his harmonica and then gives each child a harmonica. Kathy<br />
Ambrose took the members on a tour throughout the complex and<br />
explained what is done for the children who come there.<br />
Commander Onorevole presents a donation to the “Children of<br />
Tomorrow” twice a year. (Thank you Louis Quagliero for Letter and photos.)<br />
Armed Forces Day April 6, 2003<br />
Rally in support of our Armed Forces Sunday April 6, 2003.<br />
Event was held in front of the City Hall, Clifton, New Jersey.<br />
Festivities included a memorial service, prayer and tribute to our<br />
flag. The large crowd responded with enthusiasm as patriotic<br />
songs were sung by all, especially when everyone sang “God<br />
Memorial Day Parade in Denver. Shown are left to right Robert Graham,<br />
Nancy Millensifer, Charles Kammerer, Calvin Kiel, Robert Nelson, Gene<br />
Mauldin, Kenneth Camell, Frank Montijo, Brain Lasher and Kenneth Giese<br />
with bagpipes.<br />
