5th mini reunion at the Executive Inn,<br />
Louisville, Kentucky, October 9-11-03.<br />

1st Field Artillery Observation Battaloin<br />
<strong>The</strong> 1st Field Artillery Observation Battalion held their<br />
23rd annual reunion October 9 - 12 at the Airport Holiday Inn<br />
in Englewood Ohio. <strong>The</strong> 1st FAOB was an active Observation<br />
Battalion in WW II and Korea. Its mission was, 1. <strong>The</strong> location<br />
of enemy artillery by Flash, Sound, and Radar. 2. <strong>The</strong><br />
registration of allied artillery fire, and 3. Reporting battlefield<br />
information. See the reunion schedule for Oct. 2004.<br />
