close-it control seal | essential for sampling
Taking samples from sacks, boxes, Big-Bags, etc. with
sampling lances is a common and time-proven practice.
This produces holes through which easily flowing
bulk goods could escape from the container. close-it
prevents this in an uncomplicated manner.
The close-it dispenser ensures safe storage and simple
removal of the labels. A built-in marking plate allows
the labels to be conveniently written on.
close-it has been specially developed for this purpose.
The label has a sandwich-type structure (aluminum/
paper) and seals the container hermetically (vapor
barrier). This virtually prevents hygroscopic powders
from clumping together.
The label is not just used to provide a hermetic seal.
It is also used for providing quality con trol information
(sampling date, release yes/no, name of tester, etc.).
The label is available in five different colors. With
printing in red, blue, green, yellow, black, neutral,
without printing in white.
close-it can be written on with ball-point pen, pencil
or felt-tip marker.
The rear of the label is coated with a powerful adhesive
so that close-it sticks firmly to most commercial
containers, even to surfaces coated with fine powder
where conventional labels or adhesive tape will not
adhere. close-it, the original, will even stick to slightly
moist surfaces.

Different sizes
close-it is available in two sizes.
close-it 95 – the standard size with
95 x 95 mm and close-it Maxi with
150 x 150 mm for larger holes or
longer cracks in the container.
The labels are supplied in handy
rolls. The cross perforations allow
each label to be separated from the
roll individually.
close-it 95 is supplied with 500
labels per roll, close-it Maxi with
250 labels per roll in a practical,
dustproof dispenser box.
