with PowderProof ® , the sampler for powders and granules.<br />
PowderProof ® is the practically proven professional solution for<br />
mobile sampling of powders and granules. Different lances and<br />
spiral screws can be attached to the robust drive unit and exchanged<br />
without any problems. This modular design makes PowderProof ®<br />
a versatile instrument for sampling powders and granules from<br />
drums, Big-Bags or sacks.<br />
Safe and reliable sampling is made even easier with useful special<br />
accessories, such as basket-enclosed bottles, sample bags and<br />
close-it control seals.<br />

Operation<br />
To take a sample, the lance is pushed into the sack/container with<br />
the spiral screw rotating. The powder or granules are immediately<br />
transported through the hollow lance and filled directly into a sample<br />
bag or bottle at the lance outlet. Any excess sample remaining in the<br />
lance is returned to the sack by reversing the spiral screw direction.<br />
