Recommendations: • The PFA-20 is intended for use in Semicon labs with Si wafer samples, or for petrochemicals that are particle-free. • The PFA-50 is recommended for low-flow semicon applications and organic solvents. • The PFA-100 is recommended for general purpose semicon and research applications. This is the default nebulizer for ICPMS applications. • The PFA-ST is recommended for ICP and ICPMS when samples have large, undissolved particles. • The PolyPro-ST is recommended for ICPAES, for a higher sample flow rate, and a lower-cost HF-resistant sample introduction system.
