Welcome to Lupe Magazine,
a showcase of student
photographers’ work at
Middlesex University.
This has been selected, edited
and published by students with
the support and assistance
of Middlesex University
Photography tutors.
As students on the BA
Photography course and
surrounded by many talented
photographers, we felt it was
necessary to create a platform
to showcase the best work
from the still relatively young
BA Photography and MA
Photography programmes.
Students so far have frequently
been shortlisted for and won
competitions such as the Taylor
Wessing Photographic Portrait
Prize, the Association of
Photographers Student Awards
and the D&AD Student Awards,
as well as many others.
We believe that, given the
knowledgeable and experienced
tutors, the outstanding facilities
and dedicated students, much
has been achieved in a short
time and we hope to continue
in this way.
We hope you enjoy viewing
the work as much as we have
enjoyed making it.
