The High Technology Prosthesis The Eπdoskeletal Stabilised Knee is very suited to the needs of the active amputee especially when used in conjunction with the Pneumatic Swing Phase Control (PSPC) unit. These knee mechanisms are part of the light weight ENDOLITE system. Using the latest technology, advanced materials such as carbon fibre, weight limits of 1 kg for the below knee and 2 kg for the above knee prostheses are achieved without detracting from the strength requirements for all categories of patient.
