This will increase efficiency leading to a competitive advantage. This is a very valuable project for ORF to build the central database. FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME A Workshop on Scenario Building as a Research Tool was held in ORF (25-27 April 2006). This was conducted by Dr Anupam Khanna, a World Bank economist with experience in working on scenarios for Shell.
